Can you say "point and click" ?? What one does to use a Windows PC in "working order" gigglechick (mythical creature, that) is pretty much what one does to use Mac OS X. And, yes, Virginia, Mac OS X does have built in support for multi-button mice, if you prefer. Mac OS X is so intuitive, it just begs to be explored. And exploring the differences is fun, not a chore. You don't have to figure out that to STOP the machine, you have to click START the way you do in Windows. |

Although 2005 it does depend on the individual, Microsoft's copying of the Mac OS makes things more familiar than not. Learning to use Mac OS X's interface is a cinch. I've been using Windows at work for years, which is exactly *why* I bought a Mac in the first place when I decided to buy my very first personal computer. |
