I put these icons in a fetish vertical row in the corner of their screen. I tell them it's mandatory to run these programs everytime before shutting down if they want their computer to keep working. I also tell them if they don't I will know it and not help them anymore until they upgrade to XP, I've had cooperation I never thought possible (and thanks) because their systems run better than ever. This is only my last step, because their are several easy fetish tweaks I do to also make their 'puter run better and fetish faster. Just thought I'd share this easy technique with you.
