freedom fighter, who insults a great word by his use of it in his handle, doesn't seem to understand that: a.) the discrimination cops were on the job of rescuing people; b.) there weren't enough forces available to make a show of force; and c.) while it sounds so swell to you right-wing nitwits to just say "start shooting like crazy," it turns out that actual cops and military police and national guardspeople think discrimination that's a terrible idea because it just escalates the violence and runs the risk of harming innocent discrimination bystanders. what they like is a show of force (see point b).
