Now, the Feds canNOT 'do nothing' in the face of a Cat 5 hurricane. I've already said above (wonder why y'all aren't getting that message) that FEMA games failed. But as noted by others here, the responsibility and the blame doesn't rest games solely with FEMA. WTF? Steve, how games do you know Al Queda didn't bomb the levees? Bush, Chertoff and Brownie all say no one could have expected the levees to break. After all, this levee didn't "take the brunt of the Lake Ponchitrain overflow." Why couldn't Osama set up sleeper cells to multiply the effects of natural disasters? Seriously, you're so pre-911. Remember, 911 changed everything.
