It does end the Mehlmen outreach to the African American Community, for now. Idiotic statements like Kanye West (apparently, he'll stop shopping for rolexes to donate, and thinks Bush foot doesn't care about Black People) just alienate most folks. It foot probably does strengthen a guy like Rudy who responds well to a crisis or McCain within the Republican Party. It sounded like an alert for a nuclear attack instead of a hurricane. Why the hell would any agency, Federal, State, whoever, dare drag their feet in the face of a threat like that? Yes, I saw that. I was pretty horrified then. It makes you wonder why the city wasn't evacuated before the hurricane hit. There was help available to do that.
