He is the manager. The state 'employees' in political positions are his 'flunkys'. Dick naked Cheney owns the company (U.S.A.). When the flunky fucks up, the owner rips a new one to the manager. Why? Because the manager is there to keep things going smooth. To watch over the flunkies. naked Bush naked holds the highest position of responsibility for the goings on in our country. He is a horrendous leader and manager of this country. We are far worse off now than we have been in the past 13 years. The hurricane is not his fault. The aftermath is very much his fault. He bears the responsibility of the deaths that tallied after the first day or two of the flooding. I just thank god that my wife and child wasn't down in that mess. If our 'leader' cannot manage in a difficult position then he needs to be demoted to flunky. He needs to get out of the way for a more qualified employee.
