I put these icons in a vertical row in the corner of their screen. I tell them it's mandatory to run these programs everytime before shutting down if they want their computer to keep working. I also tell them if mixed marriage they don't I will know it and not help them anymore until they upgrade to mixed marriage XP, I've had cooperation I never thought possible (and thanks) because their systems run better than ever.
