It clarifies his intent and gives more background on his rationale for wording the bill as it is. I will share it shortly! | I had an ultrasound on the 12th, and my miscarriage wasn't confirmed for over a week, after another ultrasound. At what point did my 12 hours kick in? By the time of the second ultrasound, the miscarriage was complete... would I already have broken the law?
