This is a SICK bill from the word "go" and as a Mom who has suffered many an early m/c I plays shake in horror at the idea of having to call the police to plays report them. So what is going to happen to people like me who know their own body so well they KNOW they are m/c when even my OB didn't believe me?! (Happily, after many miscarriages, I am now finally pregnant and about halfway through the pregnancy.) To have had to deal with the police so many times in such a short span would have plays had them thinking I was a likely canidate for the physch ward, esp. as my own OB wasn't believing me (despite even early postiive pregnancy tests etc.) I'm all for saving babies born alive--but let the wording of this bill state that, and make it clear!
