So this is what anger management makes the bill mean something very different than it would in a state that defines "fetus" as older than 12 week pregnancy. My own miscarriage was at 12 weeks. The fetus died sometime before that, but whether before or after that 10-week mark I'm not sure. So my miscarriage WAS the "DEAD BODY of a fetus" as you so aptly put it. I carried that DEAD BODY of a fetus around in me for a week between the ultrasound and the D&C, thinking almost hourly "I HAVE MY DEAD BABY INSIDE ME. |
