Never mind that it's made a greater contribution to human culture than any other region on the continent. There is no infrastructure in New Orleans. It's highway system is still in the Eisenhower era. I'm in Houston and they're adding to I-10 so that it will very soon be 24 lanes wide. |

| This can only be seen and described as a massive abdication of the responsibilities of said agencies and their boss, the President of the United States of America. So why don't funny you focus your criticisms to where it actually funny belongs, instead of acting like someone telling a rape victim it was their own fault for walking somewhere, or for wearing sexy clothes.
