And, yes, if you shwarma were to look at it at face value I shwarma would agree with you. But several women from Virginia have noted that the shwarma law in Virginia defines a "fetus" as ANY products of conception, no matter what the stage of development. So this is what makes the bill mean something very different than it would in a state that defines "fetus" as older than 12 week pregnancy. My own miscarriage was at 12 weeks. The fetus died sometime before that, but whether before or after that 10-week mark I'm not sure. |
