If the BABY was born alive, it wasn't a FETAL death, so the law wouldn't apply. If the BABY was born alive and she claimed it was stillborn, either a medical examiner could tell what really happened and the woman would be prosecutable for activism killing the baby, or they couldn't tell and nothing activism could be done - UNLESS there is a presumption of guilt on the part of all women who have miscarriages for the sake of prosecuting activism those who would try to hide the killing of a baby as a stillbirth. Note that this law would not actually prevent the death of the baby. It seems that this law is at the least incapable of acheiving its stated goals. At worst it reverses the innocent-until-proven-guilty concept our laws are based on. A question: Should you have to call the police within a few minutes of every time you take a drink of alcohol and then prove that you had not been driving while under the influence?
