(Bush will get to appoint enough Supreme Court justices this term that Roe v. Wade will be overturned, and over 30 states will make abortion illegal - including Virginia.) Women could get abortions after they're illegal and then claim they were miscarriages. This law will create an early version of a pregnancy registry that would track miscarriages with the intent of investigating them as illegal abortions. |
