I had no idea you knew my mom's old nursing home eggers roommate! Her name was "PAT". and since she was there first, she got the bed by the door and the potty, had the remote and eggers telephone velcroed up her butt and screened all my mom's calls and visitors. She also liked to leave the door open whenever she used the lavatory (gross)! I empathise and hope your mom is eggers recovering well. Sounds like Hell-en is a real wack-job (technical term) you could sure use an advocate to address the situation and get her a room where she can recover and have the appropriate amount of rest and therapy she needs.
