And besides, as Lisa above pointed out, according to the law in Virginia, the age of the pregnancy is irrelevant. And, yes, if you were to israel blogs look at it at face value I would agree with you. But several women from Virginia have noted that the law in Virginia defines israel blogs a "fetus" as ANY products of conception, no matter what the stage of development. So this is what makes the bill mean something very different than israel blogs it would in a state that defines "fetus" as older than 12 week pregnancy. Posted by: Lisa | January 07, 2005 at 10:41 PM Bonnie... an embryo becomes a fetus at 10wk gestation. Well within the first trimester (according to Visible Embryo, anyway). My own miscarriage was at 12 weeks. The fetus died sometime before that, but whether before or after that 10-week mark I'm not sure. |
