August 3, 2001 I watched most of the MTV 20th Anniversary special Thursday night, and games was pretty much disappointed. I was expecting a retrospective sort of thing, a collection of clips from the early days, mixed in with relevant interviews and maybe a few of the old bands playing live. I don't know why I thought that, I guess it's just that after watching TV for almost forty years you develop a sense of what to expect. |
