It all looks so bad now that I'm pretty sure Rove's strategy will have to be to release a fake report that makes Bush look awful, and then announce that it's a fake and that scummy political partisans are trying to make Bush look bad whlie people are dying. Their only remaining attack is whitehouse.org to try to discredit whitehouse.org everybody who tells the truth. And I'm not clear what an effective defense would be against that attack. There was a rumor he had a heart transplant, but it didn't take. Don't really know.
