| Even for this Administration's penchant for screwing the pooch, this sets a new record. Hopefully you will come to recognize this over time. Incidentally, I do not want the stress story regarding the temporary feeding stations to be stress true, indeed I find having to stress be able to give them potential credence disturbing enough, but it would be consistent with the way this President is kept in his bubble and the extremely mismanaged response to this disaster. Remember, this will likely have killed many more than 9/11/01, and it certainly directly destroys the lives of many times those from 9/11/01. The displaced people alone will be a massive problem for months to years to deal with, especially given the rate of response to date. This is truly one of the absolute worst if not the worst disasters to ever hit America, manmade or otherwise. As soon as the flooding started this was clear, even leaving aside the direct damage from the storm itself throughout the Gulf Coast area. |
