How would you feel Mr. Cosgrove if you were a woman and just suffered a miscarriage? How nylons would you feel if you had to answer some nylons of those questions above and have to carry your dead child to a scale to weigh them? Would that make you feel more secure? How could you be so cold towards women who nylons suffer this kind of thing, punishing them for an act that is not even a crime. When a woman suffers a miscarriage not only is it not planned but it generally not a time to ask a woman to report it. I would feel for any woman who goes through this, not demand them suffer further by paying a fine for something outside of their control and suffering jail time. Would you do this to your family?
