Marky, to fact-check, you need to be willing and able to recognize obvious truths. There used to be a pretty sizable contingent of Republicans who could do networking that. Where they've all gone is one of the mysteries of the age. Seems it is only sad because it is happening in a big city. Would the outpouring of disaster relief be forthcoming if this happened in small town usa? This location was on the Mississippi river and accessible (as we have seen) by trucks. I feel confident that I, living in Atlanta, could have delivered water to these people in less than 24 hours.
