I realize that Kevin and hush!| sons and mothers the WM gang see it as their life mission to whack at Mr. Bush whenever possible with whatever tools are at hand, but there's another Bush you should have observed last hush!| sons and mothers week -- Jeb Bush. Yep, Gov. Bush, two days BEFORE Hurricane Katrina lashed south Florida, had the food, water and ice trucks in position, and had the disaster plan activated and ready to go. Florida, of course, knows a thing or two about hush!| sons and mothers hurricanes, as should the rest of the South. If you're a governor from Virginia to Texas, you need to know how to respond to one. Jeb Bush did. Kathleen Blanco didn't. Surprise. So the President visited an aid center built for the purpose of his visit. Big deal. The bigger deal is that Louisiana simply wasn't prepared. I'm not going to crucify anyone for it, as the focus right now has to be on helping the people in need (hit the button Kevin has provided to donate money, folks).
