| i do understand reporting a non fetal death, galleries like if i were to die galleries and it had to be reported to make funeral arrangements and get a death certificate. but, why does a miscarriage need all that? it doesn't. i always knew their was a reason i didn't liek VIRGINIA...and this sure tops it!
