I have a 7 and an 11 year old and I am taking away their childhood. My mother lives with me and computer stuff she computer stuff is sucking the life from me. I can't write anymore right now but I will continue later. My dear, sweet 80 year old dad recently had abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery at Duke University Hospital. It would have been nice to have been informed that his AD would worsen with surgery. It should be mandatory that a surgeon informs his patients with alzheimers that it's likely their mental condition advance. |

| I'm getting pretty hateful inside and I want to rip their heads off. borderlines make me angry I am buddha a total dissapointment to myself. I feel that my father is abandoned in a nursing home and I am miles away buddha and can't buddha talk to him and can only see him for short periods when I visit. I should have him in my home being cared for by caregivers but I have no room. I am so sick of myself for not doing more. He can't talk, walk or feed himself. He has no life at all and HE DOESN'T DESERVE THIS!!!!!!!!!!!! One of my best friend's husbands has Alz. He was a wonderful man and she is trying her best to help him and keep him home!! She seems to be coming to the end of her rope and I feel so helpless!!!!! I love her so much and I can't stand what this is doing to her. She is one of the best people I know and she just doesn't deserve this! |
