If he has shared custody of the child, it is quite possible that he could get the support drasticaly reduced or stopped all together. If the child is having fits every time he goes to dad's house, there has to be some reason. Which means, either dad has done something awful and the child is scared of him or he is reacting to the wat YOU feel about it. If dad had been the reason, he wouldn't have been awarded with 50/50 custody. |
