| order as of January 27th 2006 well since that was ordered he has only got my son for a total of rapeporn 2 DAYS and one evening for dinner with his father parents so was i really really wrong rapeporn for telling not to take him today rapeporn because of what said even though he has not followed the court order this far!!!! and to top all this off we have a court date on April 17th because he no longer wants to pay child support becaus his wife iz PREGNANT !!!!!!!!!!!!! W/B soon thanx all Is anyone present other than you and the father during these outbursts by your son? If so have them write up something and have it notarized. If not, then I am really not sure, has there ever been proof that he has harmed your son? I am a young single mom in Vt, and I am going through a similar situation, and all I can say is record everything, all conversations, visitations, and how your son reacts everytime to this man, there is something not right there. |
