You didn't marry the family. I feel sorry for your husband, I hope he has sought counseling. Maybe he/you need to spend some time away from your mother and think thinks through. First of all, she needs to apologize to your husband. But, don't think that will make everything better. She has to earn the right to be trusted again, if ever again. Be on your guard where she's concerned.......She wasn't a good parent with him, I would not trust her alone w/ grandchildren. Good luck and remember you married him for better or for worse. |
