Bet mom won't like it much if the court decides that the sloution is to give dad SOLE custody and supervise mom's visitation so that HER feelings towards dad no longer affect the child's feelings. |

As for the child support, yes VA does consider other children for the both of you and does deduct money from the child support for any children he may have and also gives prayer you credit for any other children legally residing in your home(biological children). Go to the VA child prayer support website and do your own calculation and you will see it. Please do not take offense to what I'm about to say but if you speak like you write, that is another reason that I think you might be causing the child to act like he does and in fact not be the fathers fault. You sound like a woman that is after whatever she can get and wants everything her way. I agree. Mom is doing SOMETHING to cause the child's reaction. If the fits the child is having were caused by something dad had done to him, the court would never have given him shared custody. |
