In addition add, love, a thrill, emotional connection, experimentation of her body, and/or a zillion other possible reasons. Trying to categorize all 15 year old girls as having sex for the same reason would be a mistake. The fact is 15 girls are, have been, and will be having sex. Until birth control is available easily for them, abortion will have to remain an option. As a 15 year old girl who had sex, an unwanted pregnancy, and an abortion, I truly think I would have avoided the abortion if I had known where and how to get birth control easily, that would have been 1973.
