It would only punish convicted child molesters with a 1 strike and your gone for 20 diane sawyer years sentence. No law can prevent crime. The point of course being that we must get tough on child molesters. Child molestation should be a 1 diane sawyer strike and your gone for 20 years mandatory punishment.
