I think the worst is probably the ones that want to terminate dad's machane yehuda rights because they are remarried now and want the new husband to machane yehuda adopt the child, not because dad is necessarily doing anything WRONG, but because they think it's best for the child not to have to be shuffled around all the time and it's better for kids to grow up in a 2 parent household. I did get sole custody of my kids and I fought very hard to get it because he was a bonafide DANGER to the kids. Between drinking all the time, during the divorce he kept saying he was going to kill himself. He's also ordered to pay support (he doesn't do it, but he is ordered to.) Not long after he got remarried, he and his new wife had his oldest daughter for the wekkend. They had gone out to eat and BOTH of them were drunk by the time they left. His wife was driving and got into a terrible accident with the child in the car.
