That is the point behind it. I don't believe the author is INTENTIONALLY disrespecting Miss teen rape Holloway and her teen rape family by the title. Rather, as with any good book, song, speech, you start it off with a bang to get people's attention, and it has clearly succeeded in doing that. It is most def. offensive, but that lies in the eyes of the beholder, if people choose to become offended by something, I pity them. It is simply an attention getter, and teen rape if you let it bother you beyond that, again, that is completely up to you. Don't take things so personally people! Chill out!
