| Vinyl to me is heavenly because there is nothing like the sound quality of a good vinyl record. Again, it depends chic on the club. Some club setups are so bad that you are forced to just chic play CDs. More and chic more the trend has become for DJ's to simply rely on CDs which is easier to carry. But, personally, I feel naked if I just enter a club with CDs. I need my record bags and just looking at a the cover of a vinyl you know exactly what you are playing. I'm a visual kind of guy. I got into playing CDs even before the Pioneer CD player came out but I still have my vinyls! What are a few influences that lead you to the style of music? My main influences are the old disco days. Listening to the likes of Sylvester, all the bands from the late 70's and early 80's and some great DJ's like Danny Tenaglia have been major influences. Working with Deep Dish has also been a great influence for me. |
