If he has shared custody of the child, it is quite possible that he could get the support drasticaly reduced or stopped louvin brothers all together. If the child is having fits every time he goes to dad's house, there has to be some reason. Which means, either dad has done something awful and the child is scared of him or he is reacting louvin brothers to the wat YOU feel about it. If dad had been the reason, he wouldn't have been awarded with 50/50 custody. So, that leaves you. You can try to use the fact that dad has not been using his time with the child, but I'd bet he is going to say that the reason he doesn't use the time is because you have allowed the child to get so carried away with his tantrums that he is HAVING to bring the child back after only a day or 2. |
