If dad takes child he needs to let you know when he will be back with the child. If it is in two weeks and Yes i feel for you here I would want to have that in writing when he left. You need a much more detailed parenting plan than what you have. |

It doesn't have anything to do with visitation, but how far behind in support is he? If he has shared custody of the child, it is quite possible that he could get the support drasticaly reduced or stopped all together. If the child is having fits every time he goes to dad's house, there has to be some reason. Which means, either dad has done something awful and the child is scared of him or he is reacting to the wat YOU feel about it. If dad had been the reason, he wouldn't have been awarded with 50/50 custody. |
