| The child is only three. No, dad shouldn't encourage the boys child to call the SM mom, but if the child is doing it on his own, how can he stop it? Pusnish the child? If the child is getting so completely out of boys control over the visits with dad, I can understand why he doesn't use all of his court ordered time. It must be heartbreaking for dad to see the child screaming and crying every time he picks boys him up and the only thing he can do to get the child to stop is bring him to mom. At three therapy won't help the child when the CAUSE of his behavior (mom) is not being addressed. Bet mom won't like it much if the court decides that the sloution is to give dad SOLE custody and supervise mom's visitation so that HER feelings towards dad no longer affect the child's feelings.
