Do they honestly believe that this law will give them a say in things if they don't already have one ? If they aren't close enough to their children to be a part of their lives or don't have enough compassion to let the grieving parents tell them in their own time, do they really believe a law such as this will remedy things ? Who is this law protecting ? Whoever jennifernew dreamed this one up jennifernew needs see a proctologist and fast. Someone should help him locate his brain. However: Please do NOT think that all pro life people are anything like this delegate. My heart aches for mothers (and fathers) who have lost a child, before or after 38 weeks gestation, and I am disgusted by this proposal! It is difficult enough for a woman to suffer the pain of a miscarriage without having to worry about being charged with a crime.
