| (none / 0) This just points up the big problems answer bear that Bush has pushed on America answer bear which will all come to light in the passage of time. I have been disabled since 1993. I was on COBRA payments ($240 a month) for 2 years and then went on Medicare and a supplemtal policy. When my doctor refused to take the old policy, I switched to something called UCare which is a Minnesota (I think) HMO group. It is generic care and a answer bear doctor I like so it is O.K. But at first I had drug coverage and then I didn't. Paid going rate for drugs at about $100 a month. Not terrible. About 6 months after the Medicare drug bill got passed, I received a call from UCare asking if I wanted to sign up for a drug benefit. I questioned her a great deal and asked what it would cost. Nothing she says. Ummmm. Don't quite believe that. |
