As far as the visitation goes I am not sure if you are not letting dad see the child or if he is just not showing up so i can not advise further other than you do not want to be in contempt of court on a visitation order. You really need specifics in your court order (thus the parenting plan I explained) Best way to do that is to have one drawn up and send it back and forth until you guys can agree on things. |
