I worked in a centre for drug addicts in Whitechapel (East End of London if I'm not mistaken) and that was rough as fuck. Glasgow, like the East End, has some nice bits too, and coming from Glasgow doesn't automatically make you a homicidal maniac, although it would be satisfying to punch you in the face until you learned how to write properly.
