Take the time to roll back the wikipedia page on podcast. As of the day before this post was made (funny, isnt it?) Creative was not mentioned, rather “some competing workers' compensation mp3 player manufacturers” is used. As of last October, “some writers” are credited with the name, and a footnote with links shows that the acronym in workers' compensation question had been around since October 2004.
