Yes, teens have always had sex; yes, they always will have sex; but I don't recall the intense media interest in my sexuality when I was 14... I don't agree with the whole 'demise of feminism' argument - that's been going on for years with academics grabbing hold of one middle aged women theory after another to explain it - 'raunch culture' is just another bandwagon for feminists to jump on... However, I do object to the sexualisation of pre-teens. And it's happening Sian - go have a look in your local K-Mart or Target at the clothes available in the 8-14 age group.
