| The 60 days was the minimum so that the man might have treatment on day 61. If there was a chance to take this man and keep him from doing this again, then, yes, it is the right sentence. It was subsequent to lifestyle that when the Vermont Dept of Corrections reclassified the man as "high-risk", lifestyle at which point the judge changed his sentence accordingly. And not only did the man rape the girl, but the girl's parents lifestyle allowed him to sleep in the same bed as her for years. There is more here than you're willing to look at.
