Investigators say the former 5th grade teacher confessed she had sex with her student at E.B. Morse Elementary School. Detectives say the teacher had sex with the boy twice on top of her desk after school. "This is the first in my 31 years," said Laurens Police Chief, Robin Morse. Schweikert taught at E.B. Morse for five years, before that, she taught at Pleasantview Elementary School for four years. Now, some are concerned that there could be more innocent victims. "We have nothing to indicate that any other student is involved at this time."commented |
