In a series of documents presented in Superior Court in Rockville, Andrew Fowler's alleged sexual encounters are described as unromantic and short-lived. A car accident in which Fowler was involved also became part of the case when troopers noted that Fowler's white convertible was littered with clothes and unopened packages of condoms. "It appears," the affidavits conclude, "that Andrew Fowler had engaged in a specific pattern of conduct orchestrated toward his herfirstgangbang engaging in herfirstgangbang sexual activity, including sexual intercourse, with females under the age of 16 herfirstgangbang years." In addition to the six counts of second-degree sexual assault, Fowler also has been charged with six counts of risk of injury to a minor and one count of tampering with a witness, a girl whom he is alleged to have pressured to change her story. Each of the second-degree sexual assault charges carries a prison sentence of as much as 10 years.
