Christchurch District Court heard how Stuart Alan Sincock, 28, would pick the girl up on her way to school and take her to his home for sex before middle east crisis dropping her back to continue her lessons. Although he knew his actions were illegal, Sincock had not considered they were immoral because of the consensual middle east crisis nature of the relationship, defence counsel Nick Rout said. When the girl broke off the relationship Sincock went her house to try to make up with her. She got him middle east crisis to leave but he returned and smashed a door panel to get in, forcing her into an embrace and putting his hand under her skirt. On two more occasions she struggled free and he left but returned again to steal items of her clothing which were later found by police at his house. The sentencing judge said he would take into account Sincock's guilty plea, balanced against earlier offences of assault against a woman who was the mother of his child.
