I plan on contacting our family lawyer first thing in the morning. If I have our hard drive and all data on it, and can get ISP records subpoenaed, is it possible to bring a court case without testimony from her? I suppose there might be a way to subpoena her, but if she doesn't want to testify (and quite frankly I'd prefer she didn't), I'm not going to force her by any means. |
