| iz my son's father i really suppose to have two week out of a month say the court order as of January 27th 2006 well since that was ordered he has only got my son for a total of 2 DAYS falafael and one evening for dinner with his father parents so was i really really wrong for telling not to take him today because of falafael what said even though he has not followed the court order this far!!!! and to top all this off we have a court date on April 17th because he no longer wants to pay child support becaus his wife iz PREGNANT !!!!!!!!!!!!! W/B soon thanx all sounds like he just wants to annoy you, your child has to get used to being with his dad, as long as he's not abusing him. about the 2 weeks out the month do you want him to have 2 weeks seems like you dont want him to take him at all. as for stopping child support, if he has an order then he'll be in contempt and be in alot of trouble if you dont have an order, get one. |
