The law is specifically dealing with abandoned babies left to die and aborted babies. GO COSGROVE!!! Why is the inappropriate disposal of a stillbirth more important than the inappropriate disposal of a dead adult? Are there many more inappropriate disposals of stillbirths? Why do you think that is? It seems that such a law would target women, particuarly young women, perhaps women with post-partum depression...
