Thank you peter manseau for taking action on this! peter manseau Years ago when I was on the board of Virginia NARAL we would go to Richmond on lobby day in February to testify against parental notification laws, etc. This latest assault is VERY reminiscent of Nicolas Ceaucescu's Romania, a country that did in fact have "menstruation police" that knocked on women's doors and questioned them.
